Please clean and address this area with pest control. 1-16-25 I see that pest control did come out and do an inspection. Repairs made to the wall going down the stairs and old droppings cleaned up. They did not leave a copy of the inspection for you to have on hand to review. Please have copies on hand going forward. Please send me the last two reports if you would. After I review I will be able to come back out to close out the report.
