Inspector notes: Prep sinks without proper air gap for backflow prevention. provide proper air gap to sink drain. Please provide a plumbers report and a permit to do work will need to be pulled so it can be inspected 2.10.2026 The PIC report that the plumber indicated an air gap cannot be installed on the prep sink due to limited space and the existing connection to the grease trap. Provide written documentation from a licensed plumber. During the compliance visit on 2.17.2026 no invoice or final plumbing permit was presented for work that was completed. Please provide documentation from licensed plumber. If a permit was not obtained a plumbing permit must be pulled so the work can be inspected. Once the permit is issued please have the Licensed plumber contact the plumbing division directly to schedule the inspection and ensure the work is approved and signed off
