Remove the cans and clean and sanitize the racks to remove soil. - interior and exterior of the fryolators - exterior of the refrigeration units - the kitchen equipment next to the ice machine -the shelf next to the high temp dishmachine with all the chemicals. Clean and organize - glass infront of the grill. Clean the front and back - glass that protects the salad bar and the other self serve station.
