Inspector notes: Cooked egg and sausage patties inside of the deli case located next to the drive through at 47F. PIC stated that the patties had been placed into the unit in the am. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into the walk-in cooler at below 41F. Ensure all TCS foods are being maintained at below 41F.

Cooked sausage and egg that were placed in the in the am were at 47F. Discontinue the use of the unit unless it is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. Inspector notes: Door to the single deli style cooler next to the donut case does not close properly and is loose. Unit was operating at the right temperature at the time of the inspection. Gasket around the door to the cooler below the hot chocolate machine is damaged and does not allow the door to close properly. Address and make any necessary repairs. Both 4 drawer deli cooler doors do not close properly allowing cold air to escape. Address and make any necessary repairs. Units were all operating at the proper temperature at the time of the inspection. If units begin to loose product temperature then management is to discontinue use until all repairs have been made.
