Inspector notes: Extermination report 1/29/26 stated no activity or catches the report was well written. Exterminator did mention there is one more spot behind the pizza oven. Please email over the next pest inspection and a photo of the repair behind the pizza oven after it has been addressed. Spoke to the PIC and asked her to reach out to the pest company to remove outstanding issues on the pest report that already have been addressed.
