A irreversible thermometer and a thermal strip wererun through the machine and both indicated that the rinse temperature was below 180F. Facilities was on site at this time and determined that the circulation pump needs to be replaced. All equipment will be washed and sanitized in the high temperature dishwasher on the 2nd floor until proper repairs are made
