Evidence found around chips for mice and dead roach found on the floor in the retail area. 12-7-23 At this time PIC stated that pest control is coming tomorrow 12-8-23. Please email me the report for me to review. PIC will need to have copies past reports. PIC stated that building owner takes care of the pest control. You may want to get more inspections.
