Inspector notes: Multiple TCS milks and nondairy milks in the Summit reach-in refrigerator at 58-68F the internal thermometer reads 54F and the refrigerator is set to maximum cold setting. Per the person in charge all the milks had been put into the Summit unit within the last twenty minutes so they placed them back into the standing refrigerator next to the three compartment sink that is working properly. Hold TCS foods at 41F and below and have the Summit refrigerator serviced or replaced.
