Inspector notes: At the time of the inspection I observed crab rangoon in a food grade container and dough sitting on top of the table where customer sit. I asked the lady at the front desk why these food items were sitting out and not being stored in the kitchen. She explained that she was pre paring the crab ragoons. Ensure staff is not pre paring foods outside the kitchen that staff is washing their hands and wearing gloves while preparing food.
